Chemotherapy of oncological diseases and the effect of Vitaceptin

Chemotherapy of oncological diseases involves the use of over 50 anti-cancer (cytotoxic) drugs for the destruction of tumour cells.

Vitaceptin® is a powerful antioxidant with entirely natural ingredients, which helps fight and prevent oncological diseases. It was developed as a supplementary therapeutic product for the well-established conventional treatments and therapies of oncological diseases – chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

 Chemotherapy of oncological diseases involves the use of over 50 anti-cancer (cytotoxic) drugs that destroy tumour cells. Some of them are administered separately, while others are administered in combination. Chemotherapeutic drugs are absorbed in the blood and then transferred throughout the body, as they aim at reaching all the tumour cells. However, the destruction of tumour cells destroys the medulla (the place where blood cells are formed) and a great number of healthy cells and useful bacteria which are the backbone of the immune system. As the number of white blood cells (leukocytes) decreases as a result of chemotherapy, the body is unprotected and can be easily attacked by various microbes. The powerful intoxication of the body after chemotherapy leads to a total block of vital energy and congestion of the organism with toxins. Micro-parasites and fungi freely colonise the body and multiply, creating prerequisites for new tumour formations. The accumulated toxins block the normal function of the immune system; slow down organs and systems that play a role in the natural detoxification; the digestive system sustains severe damage and the nutrient absorption necessary for the body’s revitalisation is, in practice, not performed.

Side effect of chemotherapy of oncological diseases

Chemotherapy affects mainly those regions of the body made up of rapidly dividing cells and is associated with serious side effects manifesting themselves through characteristic symptoms like:

  • damage to the medulla, which produces new blood cells (the so-called NK-cells);
  • damage to the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract and symptoms of nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite;
  • peripheral neuropathy (feeling of formication or senselessness; tingling along the arms and legs);
  • severe weakness, fatigue, and listlessness;
  • skin reddening and changes in finger- and toenails;
  • aphthae formation in the oral mucous membrane;
  • increased blood glucose levels.

In order to supplement conventional chemo- and radiotherapy and help patients avoid the above side effects, Medical Pharm created a product with natural ingredients and exclusive qualities – Vitaceptin®. It includes two biologically active natural components – Iresine celosia and Petivera alliacea. It is the result of the effort we put in developing a product of natural origin and properties, supporting immunity with maximum antioxidant activity and exhibiting anti-tumour properties. Vitaceptin® serves as a central driving force behind dendritic cells maturation. Until now, this method was applied for vaccines, but over the past few years it has been used in the fight against the insidious disease. In brief, dendritic cells provide the main antigen of T-cells, which are part of acquired and congenital immunity. Together with B-lymphocytes, they support immunological memory.

Vitaceptin® effect in chemotherapy of oncological diseases

With its anti-tumour effect Vitaceptin® supplements cancer patients’ therapy. It affects cancer cells through different biological processes and reactions.

The aspects of the anti-tumour function of Vitaceptin® include:

  • activation of dendritic cells maturity;
  • inhibition of the cellular cycle (in the tumour cells);
  • induction of apoptosis and has an anti-proliferative effect;
  • anti-inflammatory effect;
  • anti-angiogenesis (tumour needs angiogenesis to grow);
  • inhibition of metastases, migration, and invasion.

Besides powerful anti-tumour effect Vitaceptin® also acts as an intensive detoxicator which supports immunity through the termination of the process of intoxication in the cells, enriches the body with oxygen and substances having an antioxidant effect, stimulates the medulla, and then results in the formation of more red blood cells (erythrocytes) and haemoglobin, by reducing the risk of anaemia.

Vitaceptin® stimulates the main function of the liver to detoxicate the body, thus cleaning it from the accumulated toxins that result from radiation and chemotherapy and effectively revitalising the immune system by supporting the body, recovering its protective functions, and enabling it to continue fighting in the most effective way.

Patients who take Vitaceptin® during chemotherapy:

  • do not lose appetite and do not have symptoms of nausea and vomiting;
  • feel energetic and do not feel weak and listless;
  • have normal defecation and gastrointestinal cleaning;
  • have regulated blood glucose levels;

When and how to take Vitaceptin® ?

During therapy: Vitaceptin® must be taken before, during, and after chemotherapy, 1 tablet, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal, if possible.

*Important: Vitaceptin® intake must not be suspended during chemotherapy!

In metastatic cancer cases: Vitaceptin must be taken before, during, and after chemotherapy, 1 tablet, 4 to 6 times a day 30 minutes before a meal, if possible.

*Important: Vitaceptin® intake must not be suspended during chemotherapy!

During remission: To prevent recurrence during remission, the intake may be applied every three months.

If a new tumour cell appears in the body, thanks to its anti-tumour effect Vitaceptin® will contribute to its destruction before it begins to divide, accumulate, and build up tumour mass.
